Conference fee

For in person registration, the fee includes hosting (full board, starting with dinner on Monday 12th and ending with breakfast on Sunday 18th), conference costs, excursion and conference materials.
Conference programme starts on Tuesday morning and ends on Saturday evening. Installation help and consultations will be provided on Monday evening.

Before registration you can join the Context Group (CG) to get a discounted fee.

We would prefer to meet you in person rather than just online. But if you can’t make it for some reason, we will be streaming the talks for Context Group members. We can’t guarantee that this will work all the time, and we won’t record anything.
Please be aware that if there was no in-person meeting, there would be no online option either. A smaller number of participants also means higher costs per person. A payment for online presence is not required, but we would greatly appreciate any donations to help us keep the budget balanced.

16th ConTEXt Meeting

Payments made before July 1, 2022 are considered early-bird payments.

Single or double bed rooms are available for additional 200 EUR. These are outside of the meeting venue and only available while we can book any. Participants will be served on first come, first served basis.

If you can’t afford this, please ask the treasurer for a discount/grant.
