Conference fee

For in person registration, the fee includes hosting (full board, starting with dinner on Saturday 17th and ending with breakfast on Friday 23rd), conference costs, excursion and conference materials.
Conference programme starts on Sunday morning and ends on Thursday evening. Installation help and consultations will be provided on Saturday evening.

Before registration you can join the Context Group (CG) to get a discounted fee.

18th ConTEXt Meeting

Payments made before June 30th, 2024 are considered early-bird payments.

Single bed rooms are available for additional 250 €. These are in the walking distance outside the meeting venue and only available while we can book any. Participants will be served on first come, first served basis. Breakfast will be served at the venue.

If you can’t afford this, please ask the treasurer for a discount/grant.

* Online video and audio of the presenter will be streamed with slides streamed directly to have a perfect view of the presentation. Rare exceptions might occur caused by technical challenges.
